Membership is optional. Many people begin with the free initial hair analysis and add paid support only if needed. If you want ongoing letters and blood reviews, continuity of care, and two included 30-minute Zoom sessions each calendar year, membership is designed for that — without replacing your GP or prescribing doctor.

While your subscription is active: blood request letters, follow-up blood analysis reviews, ongoing support, and two 30-minute one-on-one Zoom consultations per calendar year (not per month; resets each calendar year, not a lifetime bank). Recurring billing until you cancel.
